CYCLE-THON - UPDATE

To All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Parents, Leaders, Helpers

 An enormous thank you for all your efforts last week at our fund raising event. We had an excellent turnout of children and parents taking part covering a staggering number of miles in the night. Mark Bonsall (ASL) cycled over 25 miles !

 We cooked over 200 burgers and sausages and even had to send for reinforcements. I think a record night on all counts.

 Personal thanks to our core team of barbeque experts (they are now!) that kept everyone going with refreshments. Also,  thanks to the leaders for organising the children. Finally thanks to the cyclist for their endless amounts of energy.
